This 120 unit, 4 storey supply and erect project, constructed using Fastrack and Eco Timber Frame solutions, scooped several sustainable and environmental awards.

These complimented an eco-friendly project brief, that included:

• Car free housing.
• Passive nature ventilation.
• A reed bed lagoon to recycle rain and surface water for flushing.
• Heat recovery from the neighbouring brewery to minimise energy consumption from the fossil fuel powered hot water system.
