A unique supply and erect project, that created 105 terraced, 3 storey luxury dwellings on an island with some unusual construction challenges.

Key Facts

As the island was formed with reclaimed soil, lightweight construction was required. In addition, the development’s long terraced nature, with steps and staggers, complicated traditional build methods. And finally, high land costs meant the properties needed to utilise every inch of roof space.

To add to these practical issues, a hugely successful presale campaign meant the build needed to be accelerated.

Our Fastrack timber product offered an ideal solution. The resulting development is a stunning and unique example of how modern timber frame housing can meet the needs of private developers, whatever they are.
