Innovation
We invest significantly in research and development, to anticipate and shape future building trends and needs.
Our research and development team works to understand market needs – both today and tomorrow – and then create homes and advance build solutions that meet them. We are developing modern methods of construction that will deliver quality, cost effective faster builds.
And we lead the way in environmentally aware homes. We’ve designed, developed and built Sigma – the UK’s first five star zero carbon home.
