Performance Levels

The Sigma II Build System is designed to achieve superior levels of fabric performance, suitable for projects up 4 storey, which are seeking to achieve level 3 and upwards of the Code for sustainable Homes. Performance criteria offered is:

• Thermal U-Value of 0.12 – 0.21 W/m2/k
• Air tightness of 3 m3/h/m2 @ 50pa
• Thermal bridging of 0.04 - 0.02 (better than enhanced construction)
• Wall width of 213mm overall
